The pass is digital. You can buy it online and receive it immediately via email or app. Remember that it must be activated manually on first use at the turnstile of the UnicoCampania transport network or at the museum ticket office. Just click on the “ACTIVATE” button via app> artecard or in the “MY PASSES” section in the reserved area and the pass will be activated. At that point you will see two distinct QR Codes, one to be used for transport and one for museums.
Attention: Once activated, the countdown starts automatically and it is not possible to stop it.

If you have already purchased a 3/7/365-day pass before November 30, 2023, and have not yet activated or used it, you have until November 30, 2024, to do so.
If you have an active 365 Gold/Lite subscription that you have already used and is still valid, you can continue to use it until the natural expiration of the pass, which is calculated from the first day of activation at a museum.
Access to the Vesuvius Great Cone is currently suspended
Attention, from 1 January 2023 the Galleria Borbonica and Catacombs sites are accessible only with a reduction and no longer free. Starting from August 1st, Santa Chiara Complex is not included in Artecard
