You can also buy it online and receive it immediately via email or app. Remember that it must be activated manually on first use at the turnstile of the UnicoCampania transport network or at the museum ticket office. Just click on the “ACTIVATE” button via app> artecard or in the “MY PASSES” section in the reserved area and the pass will be activated. At that point you will see two distinct QR Codes, one to be used for transport and one for museums.

If you have already purchased a 3/7/365-day pass before November 30, 2023, and have not yet activated or used it, you have until November 30, 2024, to do so.
If you have an active 365 Gold/Lite subscription that you have already used and is still valid, you can continue to use it until the natural expiration of the pass, which is calculated from the first day of activation at a museum.
Attention, from 1 January 2023 the Galleria Borbonica and Catacombs sites are accessible only with a reduction and no longer free. Starting from August 1st, Santa Chiara Complex is not included in Artecard.
IMPORTANT: The system may take about 10 minutes to download the pass within the Reserved Area. Therefore, please wait for the proper receipt of your Campania> artecard before making any other transaction.

Validity and activation
The pass lasts for 3 days. Remember that it must be activated manually on first use at the turnstile of the UnicoCampania transport network or at the museum ticket office. Just click on the “ACTIVATE” button via app> artecard or in the “MY PASSES” section in the reserved area and the pass will be activated. At that point you will see two distinct QR Codes, one to be used for transport and one for museums.
Attention: Once activated, the countdown starts automatically and it is not possible to stop it.
Once the pass is validated, the count of the days starts.
For example, if the 3-day Napoli card was activated on Monday at 11 am, it will expire on Wednesday at 11:59 pm.
Transport
Travel on the public transport of the UNICOCAMPANIA Consortium to move within the urban area of Naples including buses, trolleybuses with the exception of transport with the Alibus line; of the transport on iron and rope (Metro Line 1, Metro Line 2, Metro Line 6, funiculars, trams, Circumflegrea trains, Cumana and Circumvesuviana for the urban area.
The use of public transport is limited to reaching the places included in Artecard.
